1. Warm-up (2 min): Light resistance. Easy circles to groove the movement.

2. Main sets (10 min):

  • 25 circles toward your chest
  • 25 circles away from your chest
  • Rest 30–45 seconds. Repeat 3 rounds.

3. Finisher (3 min): Choose one

  • Strength: Increase resistance one step and do 20 circles each way
  • Endurance: 30 seconds nonstop, 30 seconds rest, repeat 3 times
  • Progress: When you can keep perfect form, increase resistance or add a 4th round.

      • I have not been using this product for long but i can reference the burn from using it. Meaning it is working. Burn meaning muscles working hard. The product if very high quality from what i have gleamed so far. The weight is heavier that i thought it would be but that alone is going to build some muscle.

      • This really works your arms incredibly well. Nice for quick sets when you’re working and might not have time for a day in the gym but still want to get a decent workout. I recommend :
        50 reps x 9 sets
        3 at each level(upper, chest, mid).
        Do this on your off days and you still got a good workout in.

The equipment is a little heavy, however, if the weight is a problem sit down. I tried it standing and siting down. You can use this equipment in toning other parts of the body as well.
