"Honestly thought this might be a gimmick, but it’s legit. Solid build, smooth motion, and my forearms were burning after a few minutes."

    Larry G.

    Is it beginner-friendly?

Yes. Start at Level 1 and focus on smooth, controlled circles. You don’t need gym experience — just light resistance, good form, and a few minutes a day.

    Which version should I choose?

    - Choose 6 LB if you’re new to this type of training or want the best option for daily use.

    - Choose 12 LB if you’re stronger, lift regularly, or want a more intense burn.

    How do I start?

Start light and keep it simple.

    10–15 minute starter routine:

    • 25 circles toward your chest
    • 25 circles away from your chest
    • Rest 30–45 seconds
    • Repeat for 3 rounds

Once that feels controlled, increase the resistance or add another round.

Is it safe for wrists and elbows?

BROCTA Pro is designed for controlled resistance, not impact. Start light, keep your wrists neutral, and stop if you feel sharp pain or numbness. As with any training tool, good form matters.

    What's included?

    • 1 x Brocta Pro
    • 1 x Wrist wraps: support wrists during high-resistance training
    • 1 x Handle wraps: improve grip and comfort
    • 1 x $20 gift card: use on future accessories/replacement parts

    • Solid build, serious burn

It works really well. My arms feel the burn every time I use it, and it’s helped me get into better shape. The build feels very solid, the rotation is smooth even at max resistance, and it’s heavier than I expected in a good way. That added weight makes the exercises feel even more effective.

    • Quick sets that fit busy days

This works my arms really well. It’s great for quick sets when I’m busy and do not have time for a full gym session, but still want a solid workout. I usually do 50 reps for 9 sets, with 3 sets at each level: upper, chest, and mid.

    • Heavier than it looks

I have not been using this for very long, but I could feel the burn right away, which tells me it’s working. The muscles are definitely being challenged. The product feels high quality, and it’s heavier than I expected, but that actually makes it feel more effective.

      Matthew K.

    • Helped my shoulders feel better

I have some shoulder looseness from past dislocations, and this has helped me train them in a more controlled way. The movement feels similar to exercises that help keep my shoulders stable, and I’ve noticed less popping and soreness after using it. I can also feel it working my upper body more than I expected.

      Silvia K.

    • Great burn in short sessions

This works really well for quick upper-body sessions. It feels heavier than it looks, gives a solid burn, and is easy to use at home. I like that I can fit it into my day without needing to commit to a full workout.

          Frequently Asked Questions

          What does BROCTA Grip train?

BROCTA Pro mainly trains your grip, forearms, wrists, arms, and shoulders. Depending on how you hold it and which direction you rotate, it can put more focus on forearms, biceps, triceps, shoulder stability, and upper-body endurance.

          Is it beginner-friendly?

Yes. Start at Level 1 and focus on smooth, controlled circles. You don’t need gym experience — just light resistance, good form, and a few minutes a day.

          How do I start?

Start light and keep it simple.

          10–15 minute starter routine:

          • 25 circles toward your chest
          • 25 circles away from your chest
          • Rest 30–45 seconds
          • Repeat for 3 rounds

Once that feels controlled, increase the resistance or add another round.

How do I adjust the resistance?

Turn the center dial from Level 1 to 5. Start light, stay smooth, and only increase the level once you can keep full control.

Is it safe for wrists & elbows?

BROCTA Pro is designed for controlled resistance, not impact. Keep your wrists neutral, start light, and stop if you feel sharp pain or numbness. As with any training tool, good form matters.

Why does it feel harder than it looks?

Because you’re not just holding the weight — you’re controlling continuous rotation against resistance. The metal build and circular movement create constant tension, so your forearms, shoulders, and arms light up fast.

          Pleasantly pleased

Just lifting this up is a workout, all jokes aside it does have some weight to it but it works. You will definitely feel a burn after using this. It performs just as it says, you can adjust the resistance on it which is a plus. The overall quality of this is executed to last. You will definitely feel it after using this.

This is a good arm exercise.

The metal material looks strong and durable, and the screws in the details are also fast and easy to fix without loosening. The adjustment knob in the middle is super convenient, and the 1-5 gear adjustment can meet the weight requirements of different training stages. There is no need to replace the dumbbells in between, and you can adjust the weight and start training at home at any time.

Great forearm and grip workout, solid and adjustable

I’ve been using this burn machine for a while now and I’m really happy with it. The build quality feels solid and the rotating handles are smooth, not jerky. The resistance is adjustable, which makes it easy to start light and slowly increase as your strength improves. It’s great for forearms, wrists, and grip strength, and I can definitely feel the burn after just a few minutes. It’s also compact and easy to use at home without taking up much space. Overall, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do and feels durable. Good value for the price.

          Fantastic piece of workout equipment.

This is a very well built item that weighs in at roughly ten pounds. The use is easy, just pick it and start moving your wrist. The weight will help with the wrist and forearm workouts. Very well packaged, comes with gloves if you need them. Great addition to the home gym or even as a quick office break workout.

          Great for Boxing Training

Solid and well-built forearm trainer. I use it as a complement to my boxing workouts and it really helps strengthen forearms, wrists, and grip. The adjustable resistance makes it useful for both conditioning and recovery, and the movement feels smooth and controlled. Perfect for home training.

Heavy, well made, and includes protective gloves

This is a great workout tool to fire up your forearms. It's heavy, well made, and simple. You tighten the knob which clamps on the wheels making it harder to turn. It's solid metal and weighs about 10lbs. It includes some nice gloves to reduce the chance of repetitive cuts which is nice. If you have your own gloves you'll probably like them, but the fact they were included is a plus.

Good value, good quality, smooth rotation. You can really feel it during use.

This is a good value for a good quality arm rotation exercise machine. It’s very sturdy and well made. The quality is excellent and it’s literally fairly heavy. The rotation is smooth and even. It’s made of heavy metal with some plastic on the handles, but it’s mostly metal and you can literally feel the weight of it.It’s fully unpowered and you use and rotate your arms to rotate the circles during a workout session. You’ll grasp the handles with both hands and rotate them similar to peddling a bicycle pedal but with your hands. The circles rotate 360 degrees just like a bicycle wheel. It’s a good alternative to desktop arm bicycles. It’s lighter, smaller and easier to use. You can use it seated or standing. You use it in several different positions. If your arms are at elbow height vs lower or higher toward your shoulders it’s going to feel different and work different areas. You can also use it as a small weight as it is 6.68 pound weight for some lifts and curls. The handles are a hard, rigid plastic with no tape or padding. They’re comfortable and easy to grip and use and aren’t slippery. They do include a small pair of finger-less exercise gloves with grips on them as well. They’re nice but they are on the smaller side.It does have a tension adjustment dial. It’s a bit like a clamp metal plate with a dial to create more or less tension. It states there are 5 levels of tension. Less tension makes it roll and spin more freely and loosely during use. More tension makes it harder to turn and provides resistance. Think of how there is resistance on an exercise bicycle, it’s a similar feel. It’s not a dial you just turn to one number and the resistance is set. It’s one you’ll have to twist up or down a bit to get the resistance level set. It’s easy to turn and twist, but harder to figure out exactly what resistance level you are at, since there’s no marker or arrow for that. There are numbers printed, but since you have to turn the dial several times, it’s harder to see what level you’re at on resistance. You’ll have to figure it out by feel. Start low and slow and don’t overwork yourself.I don’t think this is always going to replace heavier equipment, heavier hand weights or heavy weights for every single person. I do think it’s likely to be a good addition, alternative or supplement to those. It could also be used for grip strength, range of motion, warm-ups and cool-downs.For beginners or those who don’t want to or are unable to use heavier equipment or weights, this is going to be a good starting point or option. It’s relatively lightweight and easy to use vs other options and easier to use at home or where you don’t have a lot of space. You can use it standing or seated. Results are going to vary on how often you use it, your proper form and alignment, which exercises you do. It’s going to vary by overall diet, body and muscle mass and composition. It’s a your millage may vary sort of thing. It’s not going to be a miracle quick fix to add a huge amount of muscle quickly. I’d think of it as strengthening and working the muscles you already have and slowly building strength and some muscle.I was skeptical of this when I first saw it. This is the first device like this I’ve seen or used. I did some research (look up “arm rotating machine”) on forums, reviews, videos. I wanted to be sure it was safe and wouldn’t cause shoulder injury (not saying it’s impossible to happen) as my husband had just recovered from a previous shoulder injury. I didn’t find any negative information or physical therapists advising against it.Users seemed to really like these device and find that they gives a challenging workout. If you’re as skeptical as I was, you’ll want to do your research. I quickly found that it was something I wanted to try. This looked like a better option in build and make and was more budget friendly than some other options in a similar style.I’m a small 5’1 108 pound female. I can use it but it is a touch on the heavier side for me. I prefer to use it seated due to the weight. I also prefer the low resistance. I have smaller hands but longer fingers and a wide finger grasp span and found it easy to grasp. My husband is a big guy, played football in high school and is 6’0 and 200 pounds. He wants to rebuild some shoulder strength and motion after a recovering from a shoulder injury that’s fully healed. He was also skeptical at first but after trying it he immediately loved it. He said the same thing I did that he could really feel it. He said he enjoyed using it and it didn’t take a lot of time to really feel it.He noted that for him (it may vary by the person) it wasn’t painful or stressful on the shoulder even with the tension. He’s hoping to increase some range of motion and regain some strength using this vs heavier weights. He has larger hands and found it was easy to grasp and he had enough room for his larger hands without it being an issue. He has had a previous wrist tendon injury that healed years ...

I was skeptical being a social media product, but using the discount and ordering the 12lb-er has been worth it. A life long extreme athlete, climber, mtn biker, ski patrollers, windsurfer etc… I suffered a severe stroke 1year ago, in a wheel chair, rt side paralysis. It starts with moving a finger, 10 months later I continue intense rehab 6 days a week. I needed constant resistant supplination/pronation of my forearm, this Brocta Pro gives that, along with the rotational shoulder/arm and the weight (over head lifts). Talking with my PT, the lighter weight version would be great in neuro-recovery. Well made. I was use it forever in my recovery journey.
